Project Description: Information Experts was long overdue for a new website.This time we focused on a very clean, elegant and open design that relied heavily on strong and compelling imagery. In addition, the site utilizes HTML5 to create a scrolling graphic laid behind our homepage graphic which simulated movement in the water. Be sure to visit the site and explore!
